This virtual conference will reveal fascinating insights into many aspects of perinatal mental health. It can be used for teaching purposes later. All are very welcome to attend. Participants have already signed up from all over the world.

Chaired by Professor Vivette Glover, this symposium will bring together international experts to discuss mental health matters for parents and their babies, giving updates on the latest research including global implications. The programme will be of interest to all those who care for women in the perinatal period including health visitors, midwives, obstetricians, psychologists, psychiatrists, GPs and paediatricians, as well as researchers and commissioners. The conference will cover anxiety in the perinatal period and how best to deal with it, the role of fathers, and the impact of prenatal stress, anxiety and depression, and the impact of Covid-19. There will be opportunities for live question and answer sessions, as well as a recording you can access for up to a year later.
PROGRAMME. All registered delegates will be sent an email on the morning of Thursday 11 June one hour before the event is due to start, this email will contain a link that will take you through to the live event. A recording will also be available post event for delegates to view.
